How the Solar Garden Light works 

During the day, the solar panel converts solar power into the rechargeable battery. At night.the light turns on automatically by the stored energy. How long the light lasts depends on its location, weather conditions and seasonal lighting availability. 

Choosing the right location

An outdoor location with direct sunshine where the solar panel of your light can receive at least 6 hours of sunshine each day is an ideal location for solar light. Shade locations will inflflucnce the battery charge and may shorten the working time of the light at night time. The solar light should not be placed near lighting such as street light which may cause the light to turn off, as there is a sensor inside to feel brightness and control the light’s functions. The solar light isideal for night time illumination of the garden, lawn, patio,walkways or wherever needed. You can alsocharge the lights outdoors then use it indoors. 

Precautions 

Please note that the light is designed to work once it’s dark. If there are strong light sources nearby, the lamp might be very dim or not function at all. Although the manufacturer has charged the battery, the electrical levels will have dropped when youreceive it. Please charge it for full day to optimize performance. The surface of the solar light must be kept clean,If not this will inflfluence the effificiency of charging. 

How to use the Solar Light 

Put the switch to the "ON" position and place the lamp in a sunny location If the light does not turn on automatically after a 6 hour charge, please check the following: i) Check the battery to ensure that it is making correct contact with the terminals ii) Check if the lamp is placed in a sunny location and that the solar panels are facing the sun 

Replacing the battery

If the light stops working after it has been used for a long time (approx. 18 months) , the battery may bebeyond its lifespan. Open the cover of the battery to replace the old one with a new rechargeable battery. Battery specifification：1.2V battery The lifetime of LED lamp is over 100,000 hours. You should never need to change it.
